These terms govern your use of HourlyRated (the "Service"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What HourlyRated is

HourlyRated is a planning and estimation tool that helps freelancers calculate an hourly rate based on costs, working hours, and profit goals. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own business and pricing decisions.

2. The service and purchase

New accounts get 3 free exports (PDF, print, email, or copy — in any combination). After that, a one-time payment of $19 unlocks unlimited exports and the full insights dashboard, for life. This is a single purchase, not a subscription — there is no recurring billing.

3. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund on the $19 purchase. To request one, email support@hourlyrated.com within 14 days of your purchase.

4. Acceptable use

Don't resell or redistribute access to the Service.
Don't create multiple accounts to repeatedly claim free exports.
Don't attempt to circumvent the paywall or access controls.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that calculated rates are accurate or suitable for your particular business or situation.

6. Limitation of liability

HourlyRated is not liable for any business or financial decisions you make based on the Service's output, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Entity and governing law
